Reconciliation of Share Capital 

Reconciliation of Share capital at the beginning and the end of the year is shown in the notes section of the Financial Statement. The system captures Share issues and withdrawals separately in this section.

On the "Edit Client" screen, the Share Capital table captures changes in the client's shares, both Equity and Preference shares.

The changes input in this table (Increase / Decrease in Number of Shares) are captured in the "Notes" in the Financial Statements. 

The reconciliation table for Preference shares will be included based on the details of share capital entered for Preference Shares.
