Imports Books of Accounts from Tally - Import JSON

Once JSON file is ready, then click the ‘Import Books’ link. 

You will be redirected to the below page.

1. Select “Tally” as the source Bookkeeping system. 

2. Ensure that the period displayed in the button matches with the tally data period

3 .Then click Upload Books (JSON FILE) for 20XX-XX 

4. Select the file and click OK – the system will do basic validations in the JSON and then add an entry in the “Import History” table. Now click “Go back”. 

5. This process will run in the background and will take between 30 seconds to 15 minutes depending on the size of the JSON File.  During this period, the IMPORT BOOKS link will be disabled. 

6. After some time, press Refresh button on the right top corner and if voucher import is complete, then Data Validation button would have turned Green
