Ad-Hoc Tasks - Tasks Awaiting my Review

The Tasks Awaiting My Review screen is a centralized workspace for checkers, and supervisors to review Ad-Hoc Tasks submitted for approval as part of the workflow process.

Only tasks pending reviewer action are displayed in this section.

Workflow Actions

1. Mark as Reviewed
Allows the reviewer or checker to approve the submitted task after validation.

Once approved:

(i) the workflow status is updated,
(ii) task is removed from the tab as it has been approved
(iii) and the task becomes eligible for completion based on workflow configuration

2. Reject Review
(i) Allows the reviewer to reject the submitted task and return it for correction or rework.
(ii) Rejected tasks are routed back to the assigned Maker for further action.
