AssureAI Release Note- Patch Fix - Annual Audit Enhancements Phase2 - August 2025

1. Subhead Configuration - Full Page View 

The amount of space available for the user to view all subheads under a head is limited. Hence, a "Switch to full screen" button has been added for the user to view all subheads without much scrolling.2. Ledger remapping to a different subhead:  

When a ledger mapping is changed to a new subhead in the current year, different from the previous year, the ledger shows up twice in the financial statements—once under each subhead—with balances in both years. - Fixed   

The Ledger will now appear only once in each financial statement :  

  • Under the previous year's subhead - where only the previous year's balance is non-zero 
  • Under the current year's subhead - where only the previous year's balance is non-zero  

3.  Error while exporting Excel for Finalized Period  . When a user tries to export to Excel for a statement that has been finalized previously, an error is thrown - Fixed  

4. Newly added Subheads were reflecting even under Owner’s Fund for Non-Corporate Client - Fixed  

5. Tangible & Intangible Assets - Export Vouchers Feature   

Users were unable to export vouchers from the Fixed Assets screen - Fixed.
