User sees message " 'You are not authorized for this Assignment."

(1) User is allowed to access to any assignment only if he is the maker, checker, approver or EQCR 
(or)
(2) If the user is the supervisor of maker, checker, approver or EQCR.

(or)

(3) The user's role is "Auditor"

If the user's role is not any of the above, then the user will see the message "'You are not authorized for this Assignment."
