New features

  • Comments and Disclosures - Recommendation of sections to client based on parameters, Multiple templates to choose from, and generate a consolidated Comments and Disclosures annexure to Financials in Word format. 
  • 3CD annexures - Automated generation of 7 commonly used clauses in 3CD
  • Task Management: Assignment type configuration - Configure your own assignment types, link checklists to existing assignment types 

Enhancements

  • Ageing Analysis: Incorrect/negative mappings will no longer cause an error, the system will only warn the user, with a possibility for the user to override and proceed with ageing analysis. 
  • Statement generation
    • Revised Schedule III Balance sheet : Fixed assets and Intangibles are displayed under a common group
    • Export docx (Beta) - You can now export the statement to a word document, which can be edited if needed. (This feature is being released in Beta mode, as we have not been able to test this in all versions of MS Office)
    • Rounding - Financials can now be generated with the amounts rounded to the nearest thousand, Lakh, million and Crore. 
    • Changes to Balance sheet structure
      • For corporates ("Capital and Liabilities > Capital" is now changed to "Equity and Liabilities > Shareholders' Funds")
      • For non-corporates ( "Capital and Liabilities > Capital" is now changed to "Equity and Liabilities > Owners' Funds")
    • Profit and Loss : "Revenues" is now changed to "Income"
  • Ledger Scrutiny
    • Output of each rule can be individually exported to Excel
    • Ability to raise Doc request from Ledger scrutiny
    •  Record comments for exclusion
  • Tally Export : Issues faced by some users when there were duplicate names between ledgers and stock items - has been fixed. Version 4.6 of the plugin released.
