Excel export fails for Revised Schedule 3 consolidated final statement

This happens in case the user directly generates the consolidated final RS3 statement without generating the draft report even once. 

To solve the issue, generate consolidated draft statement and show the report in revised schedule 3 format. Then try to generate final RS3 statement and export to excel. The error will be resolved
