Generate Tally JSON

1. Open the Tally Data for the relevant client 

2. Ensure to select the correct Period for which the data is to be exported 

3. Under the Display module, click the button 'Export JSON for AssureAI' 

4. The system will ask whether to export the 'Outstanding balance Report', along with JSON. This option is given to enable accurate computing of ageing analysis in respect of customer and vendor ledgers, where payment to bill linking is accurately done, and the Outstanding balance report contains a list of pending bills and their due dates.

5. Depending on the number of transaction vouchers and the RAM size of the computer from which data is exported, this process can take from 2 seconds to 5- 7 minutes. It is recommended that for large cases, use a computer with a of minimum 16 GB.

5. A JSON file containing the entire books of accounts will be saved in the designated tally path.
