2. Automatic Propagation of Assignment Users to Tasks

1. Users allocated at the assignment level are automatically made available across all tasks within the assignment. 
2. When a user is added to an assignment, the user becomes available across the entire task hierarchy. 
3. When a user is removed from an assignment, the change is reflected across all tasks. 
4. This reduces the need for manual updates at individual task levels. 

In the current scenario, only one Checker (A1 Checker) is assigned at the assignment level, and this is reflected across all tasks.

Assignment- Annual Audit 

Task - Letter Seeking Auditor Consent

When an additional Checker (P1 Checker) is added at the assignment level, the user is automatically propagated to all tasks.

At the task level, the newly added Checker can either be retained or removed as required, but it is automatically added when introduced at the assignment level.
