Tally JSON export : Getting the error "Failed to create file"
This can happen due to one of the following reasons
| Cause | Solution |
| The File export path is not valid | Check the path to which Daybook gets exported. See if the drive / directory hierarchy is valid |
| User does not have write access to the export location | Close Tally and reopen it in "Run as Administrator" mode |
| The company name has special characters | Check Alter > Company > Alias - See if there are any long spaces in the name, which could typically be newline or tab characters. Remove these characters and save. |
