Data Collection

1. For activation, an Excel template will be sent to customers and certain basic details will be sought
2. One vital information required for onboarding will be the URL selection.
3. In AssureAI we provide dedicated URL for each CA firm.
4. The site for every CA firm will be https://<prefix>.assureai.in
5. For example, if the  CA firm name is Ram and Co, then the prefix could be ‘rac’ and url could be https://rac.assureai.in
6. For this document, we take the prefix as ‘demo’ and URL as https://demo.assureai.in
7. Once the URL option and basic details filled in Excel are shared with AssureAI Team, a dedicated cloud instance will be configured for the CA Firm
8. Following this, the admin user will receive the onboarding mail
