Tally plug-in not working - getting an error "You are not authorized to perform this operation"
This could be because of one of the below reasons
| Cause | Solution |
| Tally is not licensed | Use a licensed version of tally |
| Tally ERP9 version too old | The plugin only supports version 6.6 and above |
| License serial number is not given access | 1. Note down the serial number of your Tally license 2. Update your Tally serial number in AssureAI from "My Firm" |
Your firewall settings do not permit Tally to access the internet (This can be validated by trying to access "Tally Shop") | Get in touch with your Network administrator / Tally vendor to get the firewall opened. |
