Tally plug-in not working - getting an error "You are not authorized to perform this operation"

This could be because of one of the below reasons

Tally is not licensedUse a licensed version of tally 
Tally ERP9 version too oldThe plugin only supports version 6.6 and above
License serial number is not given access

1. Note down the serial number of your Tally license

2. Update your Tally serial number in AssureAI from "My Firm"

Your firewall settings do not permit Tally to access the internet

(This can be validated by trying to access "Tally Shop")

Get in touch with your Network administrator / Tally vendor to get the firewall opened.
