Add Context for AI - Ageing Analysis

Ageing Analysis Context Selection

Users can add Ageing Analysis as context while initiating an AI query. The system allows users to select specific sub-heads for which ageing reports have already been generated.

Sub-Head Selection Logic

The Sub-Head selection screen will display only those sub-heads for which ageing reports are available.

Sub-heads for which ageing reports have not been generated will not appear in the selection list.

Example

In cases where ageing reports have not been generated for certain sub-heads, such as:

• Capital Work-in-Progress (Capital WIP)
• Intangible Assets Under Development

These sub-heads will not be available for selection in the ageing analysis context.

Prior Year (PY) Comparison

Users may also choose to include Prior Year (PY) ageing data as part of the analysis context.
