Link Status Codes

Assignment Status Code Configuration

  • All status codes configured in the Task Management Settings screen are displayed here, including their respective sub-codes.
  • Users can select the specific status codes they want to apply for the current Assignment Type by using the available checkboxes. All assignments created under this Assignment Type will use only the selected codes.
  • The following status codes are mandatory for every Assignment Type and are pre-selected by default:
    • Not Onboard
    • Cancelled (not applicable for Annual Audit)
    • Closed
      These mandatory codes cannot be deselected.
  • All other configured status codes are optional and can be chosen or removed by the user on this screen, based on the workflow needs for that Assignment Type.
