Does Trial Balance Tally?

The first data –validation report is ‘Does Trial Balance Tally’ . The screen shows the discrepancy in the trial balance if any , else the validation is marked as checked.

If the Trial Balance does not tally ..

1. When the system does not identify all the stock  ledgers the TB may not tally . Hence AssureAI automatically flags Stock ledgers for both Excel Trial Balance / Books of Accounts 
2. In the above scenario , the TB does not tally and there is a difference in the balances. Upon selecting the ‘Trial Balance doesn't tally? Check if all stock ledgers are selected ‘ check box the user can identify the stock ledgers that have not been selected to be    accounted for in the TB .  
3. When the user selects the check boxes for all stock ledgers and selects ‘ Save And Regenerate ‘ the TB will be tallied. 
4. For any other reason the correction has to be done at source if the TB is not tallied.
