Audit Tasks - Workflow

Workflow can be enabled for tasks in AssureAI, though it is not mandatory. Once the task is completed by the Maker, it can be sent for review to the Checker, then the Approver, and finally to the Engagement Quality Control Reviewer (EQCR). When any task type is assigned a workflow, it must follow the defined review path before it is marked as fully complete. 

Once the task is completed 100%, the workflow can be initiated.

1. Upon clicking on “Submit for Review” the workflow is initiated.

2. Audit Workflow has a set of workflow actions that are available for every task to be reviewed and approved.

3. While the task flow is available for all tasks , it is not mandatory to initiate the workflow actions.
